I just quickly wanted to tell you about the other project I am working on.
This is not that urgent, as we are way ahead of schedule. There will be a new product launch in November. At the moment, my colleague and I are working on the POS materials for this launch. She is designing some posters and I am working on the brochure.
At this stage the first draft of the brochure has already been done. I worked with the product specialist to gather all the information and then created the draft with the help of our graphic designer. At the moment the brochure is being reviewed by our marketing manager. The next steps will involve more changes to the layout of the brochure and I also still have to design the front image for it. I have also already lined up the printing for the next week.
So far this has been a smooth project for me and I was able to work on this without assistance form my manager. This has been such a vast improvement compared to last time I had to work on a brochure. I was able to better plan ahead as I was already aware of the required steps and lead times from the last project.
It is so great to see an improvement like this and it really underlines how much I am able to learn here.
Fingers crossed the remainder of the project won’t bring unforeseen problems.
